HOW does it work???

It’s really not complicated…
In fact, there are FIVE easy steps!

STEP 1 – PLAN YOUR ROAD TRIP

What would you like to celebrate & how  many people would you like to celebrate it with? The minimum is 10 & the max is 10 <ADULTS ONLY PLEASE>. Every single road trip starts with the group & if we don’t have a group of 10, we simply do not have a party of any kind.

STEP 2 – SCHEDULE YOUR ROAD TRIP

Let us know what & when you have in mind! There are 3 ways to reach us: You can use the Contact Us form on our website, you can email us: info@rockinroadtrip.com or you can text us 678.640.2723. We’ll do our very best to schedule your road trip without delay!

STEP 3 – INVITE GUESTS TO JOIN YOUR ROAD TRIP

We’ll send you a link that you can share with your guests so they can accept the waiver, book & pay for their seats. Or, if you feel generous <lol>, we can set the cost to $0.00 & you can pay for your guests! We do ask for a deposit of 50% of the cost of the trip to Save the Date for you. Any questions? ASK US!

STEP 4 – ENJOY YOUR ROAD TRIP

Rain or shine, meet at the designated place & time. In fact, we ask you to arrive one hour ahead of your road trip because ATLANTA TRAFFIC, lol. Don’t forget your cooler because we definitely BYOB on the bus! And right on schedule, the bus will arrive so step right up & have a BLAST ON THE BUS!

STEP 5 – SHARE THE NEWS ABOUT YOUR ROAD TRIP

Tell EVERYONE you know about how much fun you had!! We are bootstrapping this bus business & we certainly rely on our road trippers to help us get the word out so THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!! We’ve got tons of social media channels for you to share your reviews & your pics. If you don’t know what they are, ASK US!!

When seats are available on a road trip, we will advertise & try to fill those seats because this is a business… but when a road trip is PRIVATE, it is 100% PRIVATE.
